Marie-Lucile has been a restaurant professional for 30 years. A sommelier graduate, she has created her own restaurant, worked in luxury brasseries and Michelin-starred restaurants. She has also worked in the field of luxury events (Roland Garros, Rolex Master Series of Paris, fashion showrooms: Karl Lagerfeld, Redemption, ... ).
