Charming apartment on the upper floor, accessible via the shared gym. It comprises a large living room with kitchen area, dining area and sofa (high-quality sofa bed available on request, additional bed available at extra cost), a bathroom with toilet, and a bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm double bed, desk and TV (bedroom with small fixed window). The staircase is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties.

Access to the property's many facilities: heated swimming pool, spa, sauna, gym, etc., as well as the shared outdoor areas. All linen is provided and heating is included.
